Our Philosophy
The Cornelius Business Factory was established as a location to foster the growth of small existing businesses.  While there are many “Incubators” in the state focusing on startups, the CBF was established as a "business accelerator" to advance small and early stage businesses through mentorship, exposure to expert knowledge speakers and lastly through peer group problem solving.  

Through working within the structure of the CBF, each business will be able to take away from this program significant value points in a short period of time.   Each CBF participant will greatly expand their valuable business knowledge, gain critical experience from proven entrepreneurs, and enjoy the success that comes with applying newly acquired business knowledge to the core of their business. 

Our Commitment

Our Commitment to the participants of the CBF is the delivery of business knowledge through the interaction and support via the various programs offered to participants in this program. 

The goal of the CBF is to expose each participating business to ideas and proven methods that enable a high level of growth and to also share knowledge of how to avoid the inevitable obstacles that can cripple or kill a small business.
