Cornelius Business Factory Est. 2010

PeerAdvisory - ExecutiveEducation - BusinessAcceleration

•   A
cutting-edge professional organization for small business executives interested in learning new and innovative ways of doing business, challenging conventional thinking and leading their businesses to new heights.

•   A diverse, category specific, membership organization for owners and senior level managers of entrepreneurial businesses in the Lake Norman and Charlotte Metro community with the potential to generate significant growth.

•   A unique advisory, education and acceleration organization committed to helping leaders reshape and advance their small business models.

What's our formula?

By bringing together a dynamic, diverse, experienced collection of seasoned business thinkers drawn from across a variety of industries to exchange ideas in an intellectually challenging roundtable environment, we provide small and early stage businesses with the support, guidance and resources needed to grow and thrive in their competitive business environments. Through exposure to expert knowledge speakers, peer group problem solving and mentoring, we provide members a diverse, rewarding, discussion based learning environment that is rich in intellectual capital and fueled by creative thinking. Group meetings are the core of what we do and we believe that great things happen when you bring together business leaders who believe in shifting the paradigm of possibility.
We are neither a networking group driven by referrals nor are we a contact sharing organization for trades or businesses in related industries.

The Cornelius Business Factory is fully committed to achieving a diverse membership and does not discriminate on the basis of race, age, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex, gender, disability, veteran status or sexual orientation.

About Us

They say a peer group is a powerful motivator. We agree. The Cornelius Business Factory uses the peer group concept to provide small business leaders the skills they need to become better thinkers, make informed decisions and lead their businesses to new heights.
