Prerequisite to participate in The Cornelius Business Factory: 1. Scalable, high growth business with potential to generate significant employment 2. Must agree to signing a non-disclosure form to participate in the Peer 3. Must rent space in the building. Terms will be flexible 4. Submit a business overview or business plan 5. Be reviewed and accepted by The Cornelius Business Factory
